🔁 Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a return.

Items must be:
• Unworn and in original condition
• Returned with any original tags still attached (where applicable)

Returns requested outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.


💭 Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer
• Once the item is received and approved, a store gift voucher will be issued for the item purchase price
• Gift vouchers do not expire and may be used on any future purchase

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.


⚠️ Faulty or Not as Described Items

If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Where a return is approved due to a fault or error on our part:
• A refund will be issued for the item purchase price
• Original shipping costs will be partially refunded, based on the shipping service originally selected
• Express shipping upgrades are not fully refundable

This ensures fairness while covering unavoidable shipping costs already incurred.


💸 Refunds & Gift Vouchers
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method
• Gift vouchers will be issued via email once the return is received and inspected
• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval
